Some of my philosophies when coaching include:1. As a team we strive to play hard, play smart, play with heart, have fun all the time, put constant pressure on the opposing defense and make sure that our goalie is the most bored player on the field.2. Developing skill, sportsmanship and the value of team working without sacrificing fun. 3.
